For Little Tiger (Ages four (4) to seven (7)) and Beginner students:  We use basic Martial Arts training to build their foundation in Taekwondo, while working on their memory building, gross mortar skills, cognitive developmental skills, social skills (like leadership and peer modeling), and emotional skills.

For Intermediate, Advanced and Senior students: We use advanced Martial Arts training to build resilience; competence, confidence, connection, character, contribution, coping, and control. These essential building blocks are the foundation to knowing and loving themselves as it helps grow their self-identity, self-esteem, and self-confidence. It allows them to self-explore and self-reflect so they can mature into productive members of society, as well as provide a means to value and better understand themselves and others.

For Black Belt students and Higher Level Athletes:  We use advanced Martial Arts training and the competition team to build upon the journey they embarked on towards self discovery; we train students to have Grit. Have you ever wondered why naturally talented people frequently fail to reach their potential while other far less gifted individuals go on to achieve amazing things? The secret to outstanding achievement is not (just) talent, but a passionate persistence; in other words, Grit.
