BLACK BELT TEST APPLICATION DUE DATE Monday, August 26, 2024: You will receive the Black Belt Test APPLICATION if/when you pass the Recommendation. YOU MUST MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS (including attendance) by this date to be eligible to test.
