If you miss any class(es), you are required to submit a Class Make Up form for each day of the week you missed to receive class credit. Please submit the make up form so you don’t accidentally receive an invoice for automatic Membership Upgrade for taking an additional class.
Please note that you can only make up for classes for the same belt. If you promote to the next belt, you will no longer be able to make up classes for the previous belt.
